Capacity
The Venue can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Our Three-Course Dinner Menu package is available for bookings of up to 60 guests.
Payments
If booking with our caterers, a £10pp deposit will be required upon booking.
If using your own caterers, a non-refundable room hire deposit of £150 will be required upon booking to secure your date.
Final invoices must be settled no later than four weeks prior to the event date.
For bookings made within four weeks of the events date, the full amount must be paid upon booking.
Menu & Drinks Confirmation
Final menu selections, dietary requirements, and drinks packages must be
confirmed in full no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Parking
On-site parking is available; however, spaces are limited.
A list of nearby alternative parking options can be provided upon request.
Please note that The Landmark cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles while on the premises, and vehicles cannot be left overnight.
